CLINICAL & SERVICE POLICY

This policy governs professional treatments, consultations, and restorative services.

1. Appointment Management & Cancellations To maintain our meticulous medical-grade standards and respect the time of our specialists and waiting clients, we enforce a strict 72-hour policy. Cancellation & Rescheduling: You may change or cancel your appointment up to 72 hours prior to your scheduled time without penalty. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment will result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee as specified at the time of booking. Late Arrivals: Please arrive promptly. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be considered a "No-Show," or your treatment time may be reduced to ensure the clinic remains on schedule for subsequent medical procedures. 2. Health, Safety & Results Medical Disclosure: You must provide accurate health information via our intake forms. SEPEMA is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed conditions. Variable Results: You acknowledge that skin healing, pigment retention, and restorative tattooing are subject to individual biological factors. While we adhere to the highest professional standards, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years of age or have express parental/guardian consent for specific restorative services.

Online & In-Store Shop Policy

This policy governs the purchase of products (e.g., Illuminate Oil, Regenerate Serum, Collagen Masks).

1. Shipping & Delivery Service Area: We ship exclusively within Australia. Rates: Orders up to 2kg: $8.00 Flat Fee. Orders over 2kg: $12.00 Flat Fee. Orders over $150.00: Complimentary Standard Shipping. Timeframes: Orders are processed via Australia Post or courier with an estimated delivery of 3–5 business days. 2. Returns & Damages Hygienic Returns: For health and safety reasons, "change of mind" returns are only accepted for unused, unopened products in original, sealed packaging within 10 days of receipt. Return postage is at the customer's cost. Damaged Goods: Our products come with guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product arrives damaged (e.g., leaking or broken), you must notify us at orders@sepema.com.au within 3 days of receipt with photographic evidence.

Information Collected: We collect names, contact details, dates of birth, and sensitive health information necessary for paramedical and cosmetic procedures. Data Security: We use SSL certificates and encrypted servers. We do not store full financial details; all payments are processed through secure bank gateways. Disclosure: We will not disclose your information without consent unless required by law or in circumstances involving a serious risk to life, health, or safety, including mandatory reporting requirements for minors under 18 in Victoria.
